Any clue when was this made? I have one except it has the older blade that says Rostfrei in the 4th line with the big V in Victorinox. Thanks
Hi Eugene,
Unfortunately, I have no idea when exactly this one was made (except time-range, which can be defined by changing of tang stamps of course).
I have to say that such kind of etching (with Elsener’s signature) it’s not something rare for Victorinox. I have two Soldiers’61 with the same etching on blade. Moreover, SwissTool with the same etching (but on scale, not on blade) also exists, probably you saw it.
